Crowd Mics Online

In addition to hosting events in a single venue, the Crowd Mics ATOM is also capable of hosting events online across the world via Crowd Mics Online. Crowd Mics Online requires the purchase of licenses or subscription through licensing.biamp.com.

The Crowd Mics Online licensing site allows users to activate ATOMs for online events, obtain licenses, and view current license orders and events that are associated with a license. Click below to jump to a topic:

Devices

The Devices page shows ATOMs that have been activated and may host online events. The ATOM name may be edited by clicking the pencil icon at right. ATOMs may be deleted from the list by clicking the garbage can icon.

Licenses

There are various licensing options available to users who wish to host an online event. The license page shows which licenses are currently owned and their status. Click ADD LICENSES to purchase licenses.

Single Use License

A single-use license allows a user to host a one-time event on an ATOM of their choosing. Auto-renew options are available.

Device Specific License

A device-specific license allows a user to set up a monthly or annual subscription that allows hosting of an unlimited number of events from a single ATOM. Only one event may be hosted at a time. Auto-renew options are available.

Floating License

The floating license offers the most flexibility. Each floating license allows an event to be hosted on a device, but is not bound to a specific ATOM and is not 'consumed' by the event. The user can purchase multiple floating licenses to create a ‘pool’ of licenses that allow hosting multiple, simultaneous online events on-demand.

Enterprise License

Contact biamp for enterprise license options and pricing.

Orders

The Orders page show a history of purchased licenses. Orders may be sorted from the Time Period drop-down.

Events

The Events page shows events that have been scheduled on an activated ATOM. The presenter, description of the event, serial number of the ATOM and start date are also shown in addition to the state of the event. Clicking the will remove the event from the list.

Settings

The settings pages allows users to customize the Crowd Mics Online interface with a company name and logo, add/edit payment information and add/edit/delete users.
